Terms & Conditions

By booking a Singergram performance, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Once payment is made, Singergram immediately begins work on your booking. This includes reserving the artist's time, preparing the performance, rehearsing any requested material, coordinating logistics and communicating with the performer.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All bookings are final.

Because work begins immediately after payment and the performer reserves the agreed date and time exclusively for your booking, all payments are non-refundable.

The only exception is where Singergram is unable to provide the booked performance due to a performer no-show or where Singergram cancels the booking without offering a suitable replacement. In this circumstance, a full refund will be issued.

No refund will be provided where:

  • You change your mind.
  • The recipient refuses the performance.
  • You provide incorrect information.
  • Access to the venue is refused.
  • The recipient is unavailable.
  • The event changes after booking.
  • You cancel for any reason after payment.

3. Changes After Booking

Please ensure all booking details are correct before making payment.

Once a booking has been confirmed, no additional requests, props, costumes, scripts, songs or performance elements may be added unless expressly agreed by Singergram.

Any request made after booking is entirely at Singergram's discretion.

Singergram reserves the right to decline additional requests without explanation.

4. Performance Content

Singergram provides professional, tasteful and entertaining performances.

We do not perform:

  • obscene or sexually explicit material
  • degrading or humiliating performances
  • profane or offensive lyrics
  • hate speech
  • discriminatory content
  • abusive or threatening material
  • performances involving nudity or simulated nudity

Singergram reserves the absolute right to refuse or modify any request that, in our opinion, conflicts with our values, reputation or professional standards.

5. Respect Towards Our Performers

Our artists are professional working musicians.

All performers must be treated respectfully at all times.

Singergram reserves the right to terminate a performance immediately, without refund, where a performer experiences:

  • abusive behaviour
  • threatening behaviour
  • sexual harassment
  • inappropriate touching
  • intimidation
  • discrimination
  • unsafe working conditions

The safety and dignity of our performers will always take priority.

6. Arrival & Timing

Every reasonable effort will be made to arrive at the agreed time.

Occasionally delays may occur due to traffic, accidents or circumstances outside our control.

Minor delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Venue Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • the performance location is safe;
  • any necessary permission has been obtained;
  • the venue allows live performances;
  • the recipient can reasonably be accessed.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our performer can gain access to the venue at the agreed time. In the event that the singer cannot gain access to the venue and it is not reasonably the fault of Singergram, and we have been unable to confirm access in advance, we will not be liable and will not provide a refund.

8. Force Majeure

Singergram shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather
  • road closures
  • accidents
  • illness
  • government restrictions
  • transport disruption
  • venue closure
  • natural disasters

Where possible, Singergram will attempt to reschedule the booking or provide a suitable replacement performer.

9. Photography & Video

Customers are welcome to photograph or record the performance for personal use.

Singergram may request permission to use customer-supplied photographs, videos or testimonials for promotional purposes. No material will be used without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Singergram's total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the booking.

Singergram shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the performance.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Singergram reserves the right to refuse any booking that:

  • conflicts with our values;
  • may place a performer at risk;
  • involves illegal activity;
  • contains offensive or degrading content;
  • is likely to damage our reputation.

Any such decision is entirely at Singergram's discretion.

12. Acceptance

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and Singergram.
