The New Town's grand Georgian terraces bring a different register of celebration altogether, all high ceilings and cornicing, while further out in Leith, Portobello and Corstorphine the mood turns considerably more relaxed and domestic. Whether the surprise happens in a formal drawing room or a small kitchen, we plan the performance to suit the setting.
