Corporate Singing Telegrams & Private Performances
Distinctive live experiences for clients, colleagues, launches and celebrations — arranged around your event, your venue and your audience, and delivered without a single moment of awkwardness.
The effect
Break the pattern
of the day.
Corporate audiences are polite, and difficult to genuinely move.
A surprise performance resets the room. The agenda stops, phones go down, and the message you actually wanted to land arrives while everyone is paying attention. Our performer might arrive as a delegate, a member of the venue team or a technician — until the first line of the song.
It works equally well as a send-off for someone retiring after thirty years, a thank you to a team that has just delivered something difficult, or an unexpected opener before a keynote.
Where it works
Considered moments,
professionally handled.
Client appreciation
A thank-you that arrives in person, in front of the people whose opinion matters.
Employee recognition
Long service, a retirement after thirty years, or a team that has just delivered something difficult.
Company milestones
Anniversaries, results, acquisitions and the moments a business decides to mark properly.
Launches
An unexpected opener that resets the room before the keynote begins.
Private dinners & hospitality
Discreetly timed performances between courses, agreed with the restaurant or hotel in advance.
Executive celebrations
Board dinners, VIP guests and concierge requests handled quietly and without fuss.
How we work
Briefed, rehearsed
and appropriate.
Corporate work is planned in writing. We take a brief on tone, names and anything that must not be mentioned, then rehearse any adapted lyrics before the day.
- ◆Every performance briefed and agreed in writing before the day
- ◆Direct liaison with your venue, AV supplier and event team
- ◆Adapted lyrics and references approved by you in advance
- ◆Documentation supplied for venue and facilities requirements
- ◆Invoicing to the business, confirmed in writing ahead of the date
Our performers come from theatre and live entertainment backgrounds — you can view their profiles and watch them perform before you commit. For the full picture of how a Singergram is planned, see our singing telegrams page.
Questions
Anything you need to know.
What kind of corporate events do you perform at?
+
Conferences, awards dinners, sales kick-offs, product launches, Christmas parties, retirements, long-service presentations and office celebrations, from a small team gathering to a ballroom.
Can the performance mention our company or the person leaving?
+
Yes. Lyrics can be adapted to include names, roles, the company and appropriate in-house references, all agreed with you in writing beforehand so nothing lands the wrong way.
Do you carry insurance and paperwork?
+
We are used to working with venues and event teams and can provide the documentation an events or facilities manager typically asks for. Tell us what your venue requires and we will supply it.
Can you invoice a company?
+
Yes. Corporate bookings can be invoiced to the business, and Sean will confirm the arrangement in writing before the date.
Planning something
for your people?
Send the event details and Sean will come back personally with a tailored quotation and a plan for the day.
