Sean plans proposals personally. You agree the location, the arrival time, the song, the cue that starts it and what the singer should say if your partner strikes up a conversation beforehand. Nothing is left to chance and nothing is improvised on the night.

Venues, permission and privacy
Restaurants are usually delighted to help once the request comes from us rather than from a nervous customer. We contact the venue, confirm access and timing, and keep the number of people who know to an absolute minimum.

How do you time the song around the proposal?

We plan a signal with you in advance — a phrase, a gesture, or a cue from a friend. The song builds the moment, and you propose at the point you have chosen, either during the final chorus or immediately afterwards.
Can you perform outdoors?

Yes. Parks, beaches, viewpoints and gardens all work, weather permitting. Outdoor locations may need battery-powered amplification, or the singer can perform unamplified, which often suits an intimate proposal better.
Will anyone give the surprise away?

Very few people need to know. Sean deals with the venue directly and briefs the singer on exactly what to say if your partner speaks to them beforehand.
What if they say no, or I change the date?

Plans change and we understand that. Talk to Sean as early as you can and we will do everything reasonable to move the booking; our terms explain how changes and refunds are handled.
