"Due to lockdown we could not go to London to visit out 11 year old niece Maria for her birthday so I spoke to Sean who on very short notice arranged for a wonderful Singergram Scotty to go and sing to her. Sean and Scotty could not have been more communicative and helpful. Maria loved her surprise as did her mum dad and neighbours all socially distanced It brought tears to my eyes when I saw on video Maria's face and reaction when Scotty delivered our birthday message and then sang Most beautiful girl. "I found Singergram website by chance whilst trying to book singing telegram for someone I have never met and to make it even more difficult, it was all very last minute. I dealt with Sean, who was extremely helpful and was not only able to arrange singer in the last-minute notice but also deliver as personalised experience as possible with very little information I was able to provide. Birthday boy was my colleague's friend who turned 30 at the weekend. I received brilliant feedback from him and his family. Singer Carolina, together with her guitar partner, arrived on time and delivered amazing performance. It was birthday surprise to be remembered. They were true professionals.
