We regularly help people living abroad arrange a surprise for someone in Britain: sons and daughters overseas surprising parents at home, partners separated by work or travel, family who cannot be at a birthday or anniversary in person, and friends who want something more personal than flowers or a gift arriving in a box.
The distance is ours to solve. Everything on the ground — the performer, the venue conversation, the timing, the songs — is arranged here in the UK by us.
How it works from abroad
One: tell us about the person and the occasion. Two: we help create the right Singergram, from the style of singer to the songs and the way the surprise unfolds.
Three: we arrange the singer, the location, the timing and the music, speaking with the venue or the family in the UK where that is needed. Four: your loved one receives the surprise in the UK, entirely unaware it came from thousands of miles away.

Singergrams across the UK
We arrange performances throughout the United Kingdom, subject to performer availability on the date you have in mind. Some areas we are asked for most often are London and the South East, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle and Glasgow, along with the towns and villages around them.
If the person you are surprising is in the capital, our London page covers that in detail, and you can see every town we currently list on areas we cover. If your town is not listed, ask — it usually still works.

More personal than sending a gift
Flowers, hampers and gifts are lovely, and they arrive. What they cannot do is stand in the room and sing to someone by name. A Singergram gives a person overseas the one thing a parcel cannot carry — a live human moment, made for the recipient and witnessed by the people who matter to them.

Can I arrange a singing telegram in the UK if I live abroad?

Yes. We regularly arrange UK singing telegrams for customers living in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, India and elsewhere. Everything is organised by us here in the UK — you only need to tell us who the person is, where they are and what you are celebrating.
How do we speak if I am in a different time zone?

We work around your hours. Most conversations happen by WhatsApp, email or a scheduled call at a time that suits you, and we confirm every detail in writing so nothing depends on catching each other live.
How do I pay from overseas?

Payment is taken in pounds sterling by bank transfer or card. Your own bank or card provider handles the currency conversion in the usual way.
Can I see the surprise afterwards?

Where the moment allows and everyone present is happy, photos or a short video can often be taken so you can see the reaction afterwards. We agree this with you in advance rather than assuming it.
How much notice do you need from abroad?

A few weeks is comfortable, particularly for weekend evenings. Short-notice surprises are often still possible — one of our reviews describes a booking arranged in under 24 hours — so it is always worth asking.
